I love BNP press officer "Dr" Phil Edwards. I love the way he phones me up and swears loudly at me every time I write something disparaging about his party. I love the way he accuses me of being a pawn of the anti-British leftist forces running our country. I particularly love the way he fundamentally misunderstands everything.
Another example is here in his 'Doc's Diary' column on the BNP website, which does such a splendid job of looking "at the dark side of the media".
"Dr" Edwards tells of how he phoned Radio 4's 'Broadcasting House' last weekend to tip them off that their paper reviewer for the day, Kevin Maguire, was actually a columnist for the Daily Mirror. Which begs the question: if he thought Broadcasting House's researchers were unaware of Maguire's job, precisely why did he think they invited him on in the first place?
