If you're in the centre of Chepstow tomorrow and find youself confronted by a group of people resembling morris dancers, it will almost certainly be the English Democrats, who are campaigning in the town prior to their noble campaign to over turn the 1286 Treaty of Rhuddlan and return Monmouthshire to Wales. The party, fronted by Garry Bushell, will be blowing deposit by fielding candidates in the county in this year's Assembly Election.
They will be in the town centre from 12pm. "We shall be easily recognised by large lapel identity tags," says organiser Fred Bishop, helpfully.
