Home News Welsh Blogs A Change of Trouble

A blog entry about bloggers blogging about an article about blogs not mentioning their blog

Would have updated this earlier but found myself waiting at home all day yesterday for a parcel which never arrived. I heartily recommend never having anything to do with prosaically-named delivery service Home Delivery Network.

Anyway, the article about blogging at the weekend was another triumph in timing - mentioning Arsembly as probably* Wales' best-read political blog only for him to vanish into the ether a few hours later. For the record, I have no idea who he was, despite him kindly e-mailing me in advance to warn me when he was about to ridicule me - although I don't share the common view he was the assistant to a certain media-savvy Labour AM.

Leaving a few blogs out of the round-up irked one or two people. Bethan Jenkins was apparently not happy with me, not for the first time, so it's worth pointing out that Glyn's return to the farm makes her Wales' second-best blogging politician. And I should say that Marcus Warner is the best Labour blogger in Wales, if only because I was woken from my slumber on Sunday morning by a text from Marcus telling me he was.

Oh, and Betsan Powys and Vaughan Roderick probably deserve a mention too. Everybody happy now?

*Anecdotally. I don't have the figures, as more than once person has e-mailed to remind me.
