My spies at last night's Welsh Sports Hall of Fame dinner - where Joe Calzaghe became a member - Rhodri Morgan performed his usual trick. According to an attendee: "He walked in about halfway through the event. It was already going ahead, but it was at a quiet moment and everybody turned and watch him show up late. It was really embarassing for him."
