Well, the BBC, Sky News and PA are all reporting that the PM has dipped his toes into the electoral waters and didn't find the temperature to his liking, meaning an entirely new Behind The Headlines section probably needs writing for tomorrow's Wales on Sunday. An article on 'will he or won't he?' may look a little dated by tomorrow morning. So no birthday night out for me. Sigh.
