The new restaurant at the National Assembly opens tonight with a "canapé and champagne evening" for AMs. Charlton House Catering Services, which provides all the Senedd's in-house catering, has sent an invite to all members asking them along to the shindig, at 6.30pm, "to formally Launch the Opening of the New Members Restaurant".
Mere members of the public can't attend, though - now or ever - despite taxpayers paying £240,000 for it.
