Just been filling in the form for February's Welsh Labour Conference, to be held in windswept Llandudno. Oddly, alongside all the information you'd normally expect to have to provide for such events, journalists have to give their national insurance and passport numbers.
Why should we have to give those? Labour don't exactly have particularly good form in this area. My national insurance number will probably end up in Guadeloupe.
