This is the what you get when you fill a newspaper with soundbites, Matt, rather than rational argument!

I am saddened for the pigs into the trouth approach of our A M's that have taken the very large rise given by the review board. What happened when the nursing brotherhood went to the review boards recommendations? Did they not get knocked back on the point they don't have to recieve the same as Scotland until the fight for equality nearly brought strike action. What will happen when the council female staff demand parity and the review boards recommend parity? There is just no justification for this high rise and the board that instigated this rise should be disbanded.

Funny how most AM's and MP's have witty sound bites when it comes to hard work, seems our nurses are having an easy time these days but AM's are working harder.
